I’m a certified wellness coach, but more importantly, I’m someone who knows exactly what it feels like to run on empty, and how to find your way back.

Everything I create is built for real women with full lives: nervous-system soothing rituals, nourishing meals that don’t require perfection, and gentle structure that makes sustainable vitality feel attainable.

My Journey

I spent years thinking my exhaustion was just normal.

For a long time, I lived in a state of constant overdrive. I was navigating a demanding career, managing a busy household, and trying to keep up with the latest wellness trends. I drank the green juices and did the intense workouts, but my body felt completely broken.

I struggled with severe bloating, hormonal imbalances, and a deep fatigue that no amount of sleep could fix. Doctors told me my labs were "fine," but I knew I didn't feel fine.

It wasn't until I stopped obsessing over restrictive diets and started focusing on regulating my nervous system that everything shifted. By addressing chronic stress as the root cause, I restored my gut health, balanced my hormones, and finally got my energy back.

Along the way, I was introduced to essential oils, not as a quick fix, but as a practical, natural support tool. They became part of my daily rituals, helping me manage stress, support my body, and create small moments of calm in a busy life.

Daily Rituals

The small things, done consistently.

Most of what has changed my health has been unglamorous and everyday: a slow morning, a nourishing meal, an unhurried walk, a diffuser on in the evening. The rituals I share are the ones I actually live with, simple enough to fit around a full life, intentional enough to make a real difference.

Essential oils sit naturally within these rhythms, sitting alongside food, movement, and rest rather than competing with them.
